He subsequently completed his General Practice training through a number of medical practices in Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Port Macquarie, and was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2009. He served as a GP in South Wentworthville and Ryde in recent years, working in medical practices and nursing homes.
He very much enjoys all the different facets of general practice medicine, and has a special interest in child health, chronic disease management and preventative health.
He is diligent in maintaining a caring, attentive and thorough approach to medical care.
He enjoys teaching, and is a clinical supervisor for GP Registrars and Medical Students.
Born and raised in Sydney, he has grown up living in the Ryde area all his life. Just as the local community has contributed so much to shape him into who he is today, he is now committed to giving back and serving the local community for many years ahead.
He takes great joy in spending time with his wife (which is lucky since they work together too!), his family of three fun-loving children, and his great friends.
He is currently a member of the COVID-19 Korean-Australian Medical Advisory Committee.
